Interestingly, yesterday’s (Sunday’s) TOI editorial carried an article by Shashi Tharoor on the M.F. Husain issue. He provides more perspective on some of the issues I argued for by quoting from the recent Delhi HC judgement on this matter.
Time and now, our judiciary has acted in a manner which helps to restore at least some faith in a system otherwise marred by short sightedness and vote bank politics.
